It shows how the number of days it will be hot and how many days it won’t be hot.
According to the map, temperatures are expected to increase by 5-8 degrees Celsius by 2050 and 7-9 degrees Celsius over that time.
It has been a warm year for the world, with average temperatures in the tropics and tropical islands increasing by 1.5 degrees Celsius and 1.2 degrees Celsius respectively.
